Role Overview
As CTO, you will play a critical role in leading our technology strategy and driving innovation across our payment solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the global technology function, building and managing a talented team, and ensuring the continuous development and improvement of their technological capabilities.
Responsibilities
● Develop and execute the company's technology vision and strategy to drive innovation and competitive advantage in the payments industry.
● Lead the technology team, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to align technology initiatives with business goals.
● Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure payment solutions.
● Evaluate and identify emerging technologies (particularly AI), trends, and industry best practices to continually enhance our product offerings and systems.
● Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and security protocols.
● Manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships effectively.
Requirements
● Proven experience as a CTO or similar technology leadership role, ideally in the payments, fintech, or a related technology industry.
● Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic technology initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.
● Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing technology teams.
● Deep knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices, with experience in Agile development.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complexity and drive results.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
