As Interim CFO, you will work alongside a talented team of professionals to deliver exceptional financial leadership and steer the business towards greater heights.

Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with our executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the goals and objectives as set by the board and investors.

2. Utilise your extensive experience in financial planning and analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business performance, particularly as the business targets further investment.

3. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. Monitor and manage cash flow, treasury functions, and risk management to optimize financial resources and mitigate potential risks.

5. Lead financial reporting and present financial results to stakeholders, including the board of directors and potential investors.

Requirements
1. Proven experience as a CFO or equivalent finance leadership role, ideally in the fintech or payments industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, regulations, and best practices.
3. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels, with a particular focus on making quick changes in a reduced timeframe.
