Operations Director – The Role:
This is a pivotal role, sitting as part of the senior leadership team, responsible for developing the operations function from scratch for the organisation. The successful individual will contribute to the company’s future growth and continue to deliver high-value services and customer satisfaction, ensuring profitability throughout. With future plans for the organisation, there is a clear opportunity for the right person to step up into the MD position in the medium term.

Operations Director – Key Responsibilities:
• Budgetary responsibility for the FM service delivery
• Developing and implementing a best-in class operations strategy
• Driving operational efficiency while fostering strong relationships with clients to deliver both short-term and long-term business objectives
• Conducting regular reviews and audits of management information to determine trends and highlight opportunities for improvement and innovation

Operations Director – You:
• Previous experience in delivering soft FM services to a large client estate
• Proven experience increasing revenue to £30m+
• Previous experience managing large numbers of employees across multiple sites.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility at senior level with key stakeholders
• Full UK drivers license
