Legal Director

As one of the leading telecommunication firms in the UK, our client is looking to recruit a new Legal Director to help them deliver an ambitious and exciting change programme. A legal background in telecommunications will be essential as well as a demonstrable track record in delivering successful outcomes.

As a manager of more then 20 people within the legal department, the successful candidate will require strong leadership and people management skills as well as being an excellent communicator. The role entails an ability to deliver contracts on time and to budget whilst expert negotiation skills, particularly with suppliers, is a must. Working well under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines is a constant part of the job.

Based in the London head office, an excellent benefits package is on offer for the right calibre candidate. Some travel will be required a couple of times a month to other UK locations although there is likely to be a need for travel to supplier headquarter destinations on an ad hoc basis.
