This is a really exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to progress their career within the finance discipline. Our client is at the forefront of automotive engineering and is looking for a Head of Finance to ensure efficient delivery of projects as well as producing the regular financial reporting required.

Managing a team of 4 direct reports, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and motivating people, working autonomously, and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels. With a frequent need to present to board level, there is the potential for the right calibre individual to create and progress into a Finance Director role.

A degree in accountancy is mandatory, and a background within some element of the automotive industry would be beneficial but not essential. Clear communication and presentation skills are a must, and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate examples of delivering cost efficiency within their existing or previous employment roles.
