Assistant Headteacher - Our client:

Assistant Headteacher - The role:
You will ensure consistently high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement, while building collaborative and motivated teams. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you’ll also contribute to trust-wide initiatives and the ongoing development of best practice.
Assistant Headteacher – Key responsibilities:
- Support the Headteacher and school leadership team in providing effective management across the school
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of educational priorities
- Lead on delegated areas of responsibility
- Work closely with staff, governors, parents, and external partners to enhance provision and outcomes
- Promote and model the school’s values, ensuring a safe, supportive, and ambitious environment for pupils and staff
Assistant Headteacher – Person specification:
- Assistant Headteacher or experienced Phase Leader
- Background in a Multi-Academy Trust environment strongly preferred
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven primary classroom experience
- Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, and statutory frameworks
- Evidence of improving pupil outcomes through effective leadership
- Ambition to progress within senior leadership and contribute to trust-wide initiatives
