Executive Headteacher - Our client:

Executive Headteacher - The role:
You will ensure consistently high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement, while building collaborative and motivated teams. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you’ll also contribute to trust-wide initiatives and the ongoing development of best practice.
Executive Headteacher – Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership across the trust, setting clear vision, priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Direct and oversee school improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Ofsted, DfE, and statutory safeguarding requirements
- Foster strong and effective partnerships with Headteachers, staff, governors, parents, and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and excellence
- Represent the trust at regional and national level, contributing to audits, networks, and shared improvement projects that enhance organisational performance
- Champion and embed trust values, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Executive Headteacher – Person specification:
- An experienced Headteacher or Executive Headteacher
- Proven experience in a Multi-Academy Trust environment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and NPQH (or working towards/existing equivalent)
- Represent the trust at regional and national level, contributing to audits, networks, and shared improvement projects that enhance organisational performance
- Deep understanding of the Ofsted framework
