As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our client’s sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets across the nation. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in driving market share, building lasting client relationships, and positioning the client as the go-to provider for software solutions in education. National Sales Manager- Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets within the education sector.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders.

- Identify new business opportunities, cultivate leads, and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and enhance the effectiveness of sales initiatives.

- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

National Sales Manager- Experience Required:

- Proven success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the software solutions or technology sector.

- In-depth understanding of the education sector and a track record of successfully selling into educational institutions.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a geographically dispersed sales team.

- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
