The Role - Technical Director:

As the Technical Director, you will play a vital role in developing new products and managing our client's esteemed engineering department. Challenging the status quo with innovative ideas, you will contribute to driving the business forward and supporting the challenging expansion plans. As a core part of the senior leadership team, you will foster a high-performing culture, inspiring excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities - Technical Director
:
- Develop and implement the strategic engineering objectives on an annual basis
- Leading and managing the engineering team.
- Building strong relationships with engineering partners and key stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities to increase market share and drive innovation.
- Strict adherence to engineering specifications ensuring the highest standards of quality and service levels are delivered

Desired Qualifications and Skills:- Technical Director

To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience at a senior level in the mechanical manufacturing industry - ideally within the aerospace or defence sectors
- A degree in engineering.
- A passion and commitment to continuous improvement
- A proven background in delivering innovative thinking
