Their fast-growing international tech start-up is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee all business functions, including sales, operations, and finance. Business Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure optimal performance and growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business objectives and meet revenue targets
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and clients, to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve overall business performance
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adjust business strategies accordingly
- Prepare and present reports and financial analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement

Business Manager – You:

- Proven experience in managing all business functions, including sales, operations, and finance, preferably within an international tech start-up environment
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and developing sales teams to achieve targets
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture key stakeholder relationships, including distributors and partners
- Sound knowledge of financial management principles, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
