Sales Manager – Our Client:
Our client is a rapidly growing provider of Coatings and Paints for Timber products. The business has been growing rapidly and as such now has created a new role to add an additional Sales Manager to the team. The organisation has a fantastic brand and has won a series of new customer accounts over the past 18 months – this position has been created in order to build further on this success.
Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Help plan the company’s commercial strategy
- Look to win and grow customer accounts with a variety of resellers and retailers
- Schedule quarterly meetings with key accounts
- Evaluate self-performance using key metrics, to ensure that you are achieving maximum market penetration
Sales Manager - Experience Required:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen, a consultative approach, and an entrepreneurial flair
- The ability to manage your time efficiently, with a focus on managing existing accounts and growing opportunities
- The successful candidate is likely to have previous experience of selling into a similar customer base, ideally selling a similar range of products
