Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Finance Director to join the team.

Do you have experience working in a senior finance role within a software or related tech business? Are you looking to add to your part-time portfolio? Do you have accountancy qualifications and are you looking to lend your experience to a rapidly growing business?

Part Time Finance Director – Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of HCM software for use across multiple industries. The company has been operating for 35 years, has c.250 employees and a turnover close to £30M.

With an entirely ‘people focused’ view, our client has created a culture that has resulted in extremely positive employee feedback. The organisation is now looking to bring onboard a Part-Time Finance Director in order to assist with forthcoming growth expectations, managing books, liaising with outsourced accountants and being able to assist the MD/Owner with your experience.

Part Time Finance Director – Key Responsibilities:

- Help plan the company’s financial strategy
- Help monitor and report financial performance
- Implement budgeting and departmental management reporting
- Help oversee bookkeepers and accountants
- Make best use of any financial reserves
- Sit on the board and contribute to key decision making

Part Time Finance Director - Experience Required:

- Experience of working for software businesses/startups
- Qualified accountant

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to add their experience to a rapidly growing business. If you are an experienced Head of Finance or Finance Director level candidate looking to add to your portfolio or work on a consultancy basis then this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

The successful candidate is likely to have previous experience in/as Finance Director, CFO, Head of Finance or similar
