Managing Director – Rubber and Plastic Seals and Gaskets - The Company:
Our client is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of rubber and plastic seal and gasket products. The company has experienced substantial growth in recent years with a turnover of c.£15M and a headcount of 75+ and is now looking to recruit an MD who can drive further growth and take the business to the next level. The organisation currently produces products for a range of different applications across different markets including Oil and Gas, Automotive, Food and various other manufacturing and process industries.
Managing Director – Rubber and Plastic Seals and Gaskets - The Role:
You will be responsible for the continued success of the organisation. The business has been in operation for almost 30 years and is well established in its field. The role requires an experienced leader and a hands on, strategic professional to drive the company forward. Experience across Sales, Ops, Finance and Manufacturing is essential. The role is extremely autonomous and will involve becoming the face of the organisation.
Managing Director – Rubber and Plastic Seals and Gaskets - Experience Required:
The successful candidate is likely to have worked previously in a similar role. You may have worked as a Managing Director, General Manager, Sales Director, CEO, Operations Director, COO or Business Unit Director.
