Business Development Manager – About our client:

Our client are a leading UK subsidiary of a global engineering company. They provide engineering solutions to various industries including the rail and transportation sector.

Their solutions are tailored to specific applications so they can be integrated into complimentary systems. As a result of the Group’s ambitious growth plans to reach a global turnover of over €1.6bn in the next two years, the UK division are looking to add to their team.

Business Development Manager – About the role:

With a vast variety of clients and a great reputation within their field, the UK subsidiary are looking to continue its growth by bringing on board an experienced Business Development and/or Sales individual to grow sales within the Rail Industry.

Business Development Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Winning and developing customers within the rail industry
- Being present in the market and visiting customers frequently
- Caring for existing clients and key accounts to develop new opportunities
- Identifying and satisfying customer needs and close co-operation with product development

Business Development Manager – Experience Required:

- A mastery and excellence of sales and negotiation skills with a track record of selling into the Rail industry
- Ability to establish relationships with potential customers and clients
- A professional approach to handling customers contacts

Candidates with relevant experience of being a Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Executive, Sales Executive, Sales Engineer, Field Sales, Business Development Manager and Sales Manager or similar are all invited to apply.
