Head of Operations - About the company:
Our client is a well-established ISP, providing services across the UK with notable market share across the North. The organisation has grown rapidly over recent years, turning over £70m+. Due to this growth, the organisational structure and processes need reviewing and as such this role has been created in order to future proof customer facing and internal operational delivery.
Head of Operations - About the role:
The Head of Operations will report directly into the COO and take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of business transformation projects – notably set around back office, contact centres, provisioning and the broader customer journey.
You will be responsible for liaising with multiple internal stakeholders and look at implementing change management strategies in order to future proof the business based on broader business growth targets.
You will manage a central team of 15 with a broader indirect reporting line of c.200.
Head of Operations - Key Responsibilities:
– Review existing business processes and look at continuous improvement methodologies
– Manage and develop your team as required, drive business transformation
– Manage internal projects – notably customer journey, back office and provisioning
Head of Operations - Experience Required:
You will have previous experience of delivering transformational business projects within a telecoms or ISP environment.
You will have worked as an Operations Director, Head of Operations, Operations Manager, Head of Business Projects, Delivery Director, Head of Provisioning, Head of Customer Journey or similar.
