Our client are a leading family owned business, with a great reputation within the Hospitality industry. Supplying a vast variety of amenities to the sector, they have a strong client base of independent hotels, hotel groups, hospitals, universities and ferry companies. They are now seeking an ambitious sales professional with a strong track record in delivering sales and business development to help them achieve their ambitious growth targets.
Reporting to the Owners of the business, this General Manager position will take full responsibility for the day to day aspect of the business. You will be an excellent people manager who has demonstrably led a team of people who have exceeded KPI targets. Having a strong sales background with a minimum of 5 years senior management experience, you will have superb budget management skills and excellent attention to detail.
