As a leading Housing Association in the North West, our client provides critical housing and support for those most in need, ensuring strong communities can be built and maintained. With suitable housing (or lack of) being high on the political agenda, our client is looking to appoint a Non-Executive Director to help them deliver against an ambitious 5 year strategic plan.

The right calibre individual will have experience of working at a very senior level, preferably with substantial experience within the housing sector.They will be very effective at constructively challenging people, systems, and plans as well as bringing significant insight and commercial awareness to the business. The role will be required to identify the areas of support required to ensure the delivery of the plan and any areas where efficiency savings can be made. Ultimately, the successful candidate must have belief in the business purpose and a desire to ensure the needs of their customers are delivered against.

The role will require 4 days a month including attendance at monthly board meetings.
