With extremely ambitious growth targets, this is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to play an integral role in helping our client significantly increase their employee footprint to match their growth strategy. Managing a small team of 2 recruitment executives, the successful individual will be responsible for recruiting the right personnel across a number of different disciplines.

My client is seeking an experienced recruiter who is looking to progress their career and this role is well suited for someone who is looking to diversify from recruiting within a specialised industry. The right calibre candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong negotiation skills. You will be a real people person, with experience of managing a team being beneficial.

Based in our York head office, there is an excellent benefits package on offer including substantial performance related bonuses.
