PR Consultant - 12 month contact

Our client is a growing business based in the North West and are looking for a PR Consultant to help them achieve two key objectives over an initial 12 month period. The first is to develop and implement a PR Strategy based on the business objectives. The second is to recruit and oversee a small PR team of 3-4 people who have the right skill set to develop annual PR plans on an ongoing basis.

Having a strong background in the communication and PR industries, the right calibre candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the client and have a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering a return on investment from PR Strategies. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the role will also be responsible for identifying the key performance indicators that will help measure commercial success. Evidence of delivering PR plans to budget will be required as well as successfully recruiting and developing team members.

Depending on the success of the candidate, there is the potential in the medium to longer term to lead the PR team on a permanent basis if desired.
