Our client has ambitious growth targets that require a substantial increase in the resource footprint of their organisation which has resulted in the creation of this role. With a team of 3 HR Executives and Managers, the role will be responsible for delivering the HR programme that matches the business ambition.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing people and delivering HR projects on plan and budget. Reporting to the Managing Director of the business, the right individual will be comfortable having conversations at all levels of the business. Responsible for developing and implementing an annual HR plan, a demonstrable track record of success will be required.

Based in the London head office, the right calibre candidate will be self-driven and thrive on managing their own workload. Some travel will be required as part of the growth strategy to open other locations nationwide. An excellent remuneration package is available.
