As a well recognised UK wide brand, our client is looking to recruit a Senior Learning and Development manager to head up a growing team. The role has been newly created which reflects the growth ambitions of our client and will initially be managing a team of 5 people but with significant scope for this to grow further.

Working alongside the small HR department, an ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation will be essential. Strong people management and leadership skills will need to be evidenced as well as having excellent attention to detail and budget management skills. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record in developing people both within their own team as well as across a wider business and ideally will have had some experience of leading a re-structure.

Based in the London head office, a substantial amount of travel will be required across a number of the different UK locations including Manchester, Birmingham, Southampton and Edinburgh. A generous benefits package is on offer for the right calibre candidate including an excellent performance related bonus scheme payable quarterly.
