Our client is a global multi-national pharmaceutical business looking for a Group Financial Controller. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage finance teams across a number of countries and continents, and will require substantial travel as a core part of the role.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering commercial success to a business, and in particular, focusing on cost effective new initiatives as well as demonstrable examples of improving return on investment. Within this industry, new investment opportunities as well as research and development requirements are core to a successful business, so a background within the pharmaceutical industry would be preferable, although financial experience is more important.

Based in London, this role will be well suited to an ambitious individual who is currently a Finance Director of a smaller business or an existing Financial Controller for a larger business.
