Managing Director - Security Systems

This role is for a client within the Security and Access Control systems market, with an excellent reputation and significant growth ambitions. The business requires a forward thinking, innovative MD who is commercially astute and capable of identifying new markets for the business to expand into. In particular, the expansion is likely to include the development of business on an international scale, which will provide an exciting challenge for the right calibre person.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within B2B sales, and have previously held director roles. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and delivering strategic business plans as well as a strong commercial acumen and demonstrable Profit and Loss responsibility. Having an ability to lead and motivate teams of people will be vital, and implementing new projects and products will be key.
