This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who are looking to progress their career within the leisure sector. Our client runs over 50 leisure clubs and gymnasiums nationwide and are looking to recruit a National Area Manager to oversee all of their southern based facilities. Although based in the South East where a significant number of clubs are located, there will be some travel required across the entire southern region.

The successful candidate will have a real passion for delivering outstanding facilities and services for customers, with a drive and commitment for continually improving the way things work. A creative thinker who can identify where efficiency can be derived from, as well as a commercially minded individual who fully understands the profit and loss aspects of a leisure facility.

The right calibre individual will be degree qualified, and have a background in the leisure or sports sector, ideally already managing a leisure facility in their own right. You will be a great communicator and motivator and have a proven track record in successfully delivering new initiatives and managing change. You will be extremely personable and have a strong ability to influence at all levels.
