Phil set up Elliot Marsh in 2000 and has spent over 30 years in the recruitment industry. He leads Senior Executive and Non-Executive assignments, and is a specialist recruiter in a number of different areas including Automotive, Avionics & Defence, Energy, Engineering, Scientific and Property.

Alison has 25 years’ experience in the recruitment and headhunting market has enabled her to gain a thorough understanding of a vast range of market sectors as well as successfully delivering new business across all business sizes.

Anna has 20 years’ experience in recruitment across various specialist, technical and executive level headhunting assignments. Her main areas of focus have been in the engineering and manufacturing industries and includes managing headhunting assignments across major accounts and high value clients.

Emma has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment and executive search industry, overseeing the full lifecycle of assignments.

Emma has led mandates within the Education sector, including executive search projects for universities, multi-academy trusts, and the EdTech market.

Emma also has extensive experience recruiting across all functions for businesses in the construction and built environment.
