Head of Fundraising

Our client operates on a global scale with a major focus on the provision of humanitarian aid when a crisis hits. They are looking to address significant challenges that the sector has seen overall in terms of fundraising and require an innovative individual to help deliver a funding strategy that will meet their objectives.

The ideal person will have a strong background in the voluntary sector and have 10+ years of fundraising experience. A strategic thinker and a team player who is a great people person, there will be a requirement for occasional travel to see some of the situations where the funds are utilised. Our client strongly believes that employee engagement and commitment is enhanced by witnessing first hand their contribution to those in need.

Based out of the South West, the successful candidate will be self-motivated, an excellent communicator across all levels of hierarchy from board level to call centres.
