Our client is a global leader in online sports betting providers, employing around 2,000 people and having over 4 million registered customers on a global scale. They are an innovative and ambitious business, constantly looking for new opportunities to expand, and how to improve the customer experience.
This role will head up a team that looks after some of the most valuable and prestigious customers our client has, with a major focus on relationship building to get an in-depth understanding of the segments needs and developing long term brand loyalty. There will be an expectation of developing and implementing a growth strategy to this high value segment and a high commercial acumen to manage the VIP Profit and Loss. Account management will be an integral part of the role as well as undertaking and managing marketing campaigns and budgets. Business development to help the segment grow will also be crucial and possessing a strong communication ability across a wide range of key stakeholders, both internal and external.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing high value relationships, preferable within the gaming or finance industries. They will have a proven track record in managing a Profit and Loss, with strong commercial awareness, as well as experience in leading and motivating teams. The candidate will be a strategic thinker and will be expected to develop and implement an expansion plan for the segment. Strong analytical skills, great communication abilities, and clear decision making will be core including an ability to influence senior stakeholders. A commitment to the customer will be vital, with a constant appetite to improve and innovate products and customer experiences.
