Our client is a market leader in contract cleaning and facilities management but with an ambitious growth strategy, there is a requirement to hire a Head of Sales and Marketing. This role will work closely with the Executive Board and the Marketing Manager to develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan, ensuring sales and profit targets are achieved by the sales team for both new business and retention of existing business.

The successful candidate will have relevant sector experience and a proven track record in exceeding sales targets, including a demonstration of growing a client base. A strong commercial awareness is a must, along with a personable character that can inspire and motivate a wide range of stakeholders including team members, superiors, suppliers and clients.
