Senior Project Manager - Automotive Design

Our client is based in the North East and has ambitious growth plans to increase their market share within the automotive industry. They are investing a significant amount in developing new designs and products and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage the implementation of a number of new projects.

The successful candidate must have Prince2 qualifications or equivalent and a background within the automotive industry would be preferable. An ability to multi-task and lead a team of people from various different disciplines in the successful delivery of projects. A proven track record in implementing projects on time and on budget is a must, as well as an application of six sigma principles to ensure the most efficient processes are delivered.

The right calibre individual will have an ability to motivate themselves and others, be comfortable working autonomously and welcome new challenges. Great communication and presentation skills will be required to provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders at various levels including the Executive Board.
