Our client is a global leader in online sports betting providers, employing around 2,000 people and having over 4 million registered customers on a global scale. This role is required to ensure our client remains market leading through delivering customer insight that drives sustainable competitor advantage. As part of the Customer Insight and Planning team, the role will require undertaking detailed analysis across a wide range of functions as well as the tracking and assessment of marketing campaigns to measure their success. There is an expectation that the successful candidate for this role will have an ability to provide recommendations to the business from any insight gained.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in detailed analysis and understanding of KPIs across a wide range of multi-variable datasets. They will be required to provide proactive recommendations from the insight gained and therefore have a strong ability to present and communicate in a clear and concise manner, and ultimately enabling new initiatives and improvements to be driven through the business. A background in campaign tracking and analysis is essential, specifically within the online environment.

The candidate will have strong commercial awareness with a good understanding of the key drivers for a business as well as experience of engaging with key stakeholders at all levels, tailoring the message as appropriate. Experience within the gaming industry would be advantageous. Having a focus on the end customer and their needs will be critical to the success of this role.
