Often we speak with clients who say they have someone in mind for a particular position but feel there may be someone better out there.

The industry report is where we will conduct stage one of the industry search, using our network of contacts and researchers to compile a shortlist of the best available talent. This is forwarded along with a report detailing which companies we have targeted and who from within these target companies is interested in the role. The client can then decide to either appoint their own applicant safe in the knowledge they are making the right choice, or procede with interviews from the shortlist.
