As a FTSE 100 company, our client is looking for an innovative and dynamic individual to lead their legal services team. Having a broad spread of financial services products across the banking and insurance sectors, this is a great opportunity for an individual to diversify their knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of working within the financial services industry and a comprehensive working knowledge of the relevant regulatory environment that plays a critical part in the future success of the industry. Reporting to the Managing Director of the UK business, this role requires great people management skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. Our client is committed to delivering excellence to their customers and expects all of their products and services to be fully scrutinised internally in order to meet their external high standards.

This role will be well suited to an individual who loves working to deadlines against a backdrop of a constantly changing environment. An excellent remuneration package is on offer including substantial annual performance related bonuses, as well as a number of different share scheme options. Based in the West Midlands office, there will be occasional travel required to London.
