Following significant growth over the last five years, and with a projected similar growth rate over the next five years, our client is looking to expand their market offering through setting up a new Family Law Division of the business. Consisting of just 4 senior partners, the business has a very flat structure with a total of 25 employees currently, so this is a great opportunity to join a vibrant and family-friendly firm with ambitious growth plans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building the Family Law Division with significant support from the partners as well as a proactive lead generating Marketing team. Having a strong background in family law is essential along with substantial practical court experience. A clear ability to empathise with difficult client situations is a must as well as expert negotiation and communication skills.
