As a FTSE 250 company, our client is a leading global player in their market and is looking to recruit a world class Director of HR to deliver a people programme that aligns with their significant growth ambitions. With an employee workforce of 500+ and reporting to the Managing Director of the UK business, a demonstrable track record of leading people will be required.

With a firm belief in investing in people to deliver their business strategy, our client is looking for an individual who has got a number of years experience of leading medium to large organisations through substantial change programmes. An innovative and strategic thinker, the successful candidate must have an ability to deliver a long-term HR Strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy.

Based in the East Midlands, substantial travel to the London satellite office will be required as well as other locations throughout the UK and Europe, and the successful candidate will be managing a team of 20 staff, with 4 direct reports.
