Senior Test Engineer - Aerospace

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a small aerospace organisation based in the West Midlands, who produce a range of products to leading airlines across the world and due to an increasing number of new orders and projects, are looking to recruit a Senior Test Engineer.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake technical test routines for new products and solutions and identify specific issues and potential resolutions to help our client achieve their strategic objectives. The candidate must be comfortable sat in front of external customers and have an ability to present their findings in a succinct, coherent and understandable way.

The candidate must be familiar with Labview programs and test scripts, as well as the use of JTag as a fault finding tool. A background in the aerospace or defence industries would be extremely advantageous, and a relevant degree will also be expected. An ability to work autonomously across a number of different projects is essential and working closely as part of a team and delivering to project timescales will be vital. The candidate will be the lead point for setting up test schedules, ensuring the correct test equipment is in place and delivering to the timescales required.
