As a result, they require a new Sales Director to help the business take full advantage of the substantial growth opportunities that lie ahead. The role will include full oversight of the sales and marketing teams, delivering new business and being a vital member of the board. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic sales plan which will be expected to achieve ambitious expansion targets.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious individual who enjoys a new challenge and wants to play an integral part in making a successful company even more successful. They will need a proven track record in delivering new business, preferably with a background of selling technical solutions into big brands. A strategic and innovative thinker, strong leadership skills will also be required and a proven ability to engage with stakeholders across a wide range of levels, both internal and external.
