Our client is a leading financial services broker looking to grow their company within an exciting market sector.

The role has responsibility for achieving ambitious growth targets and a dynamic, well trained sales teams. Ensuring all sales staff are adopting best practice process from a lead conversion perspective, the role will also be required to identify new sales opportunities, and increase the retention of existing customers.

The successful candidate will be someone who has a proven track record in achieving stretching sales targets. The candidate will also require excellent people management skills and work closely across internal teams including the telesales team and operational areas.
