Our client is a plc with a substantial number of house building divisions and brands. They require a Regional Construction Manager to operate across multi-sites within the Home Counties.

Reporting to the Group Construction Director, you will be required to manage across a number of sites, with at least 5 being the average. In addition, with a team of more than 40 staff, the successful candidate will be required to have a proven track record of people management. Experience within the housing development market is a must, with the successful candidate likely to be able to demonstrate having successfully undertaken a similar role in the past.
