Our client operates the biggest independent day spa in the UK, and require a Head of Treatments role to manage a team of 50 experienced therapists. With a strong membership base, the main priority for our client is to focus on the relaxation experience. In a competitive market, they believe they have a number of unique features and equipment to attract new business and retain existing customers.

This role will be responsible for all the day to day running and profitability of the spa and will require strong strategic thinking to plan and implement a set of initiatives to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction are second to none. The role also requires close alignment with the marketing department to plan and implement various marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will need to be personable to engage with customers and employees alike.

To be successful in this role, you will require a proven track record in commercial awareness, and key performance metrics. People management is a core skill and you will be expected to heavily promote products and treatments, Your background will include experience of the beauty/therapy industry, and strong evidence of commercial abilities, people management and supplier management.
